Multiple Programmable Power Conversion Paths
In light of the rapid and essential expansion of all-electric applications and the hydrogen economy, BrightLoop has developed a universal power conversion platform that sets a new standard in power electronics.
Our power modules are based on a unique cellular power conversion topology integrating multiple programmable power paths, each composed of identical switching cells and passive components. These power paths function as sub-converters, operating in parallel to support bidirectional AC/DC or DC/DC conversion. What’s more, modules can be stacked in parallel to achieve megawatt-level power.
The performance and versatility of this nested hardware architecture are enhanced by BrightLoop's sophisticated software, which enables real-time control and monitoring of each sub-converter independently. This software provides access to a wide range of configurable parameters, facilitating autonomous and intuitive setups for any application.
Our platform serves as a building block for our entire product line. Minimal hardware and software adjustments are needed to transition from one product or application to another. This product-application-centric approach significantly reduces the design phase and time-to-market for clients.
In constant evolution, our technology roadmap oscillates between design optimization and the integration of the latest semiconductor innovations, including SiC and GaN power devices. As a result, the boundaries of modularity, scalability and power density are relentlessly pushed back.
