We are very proud to announce that Navitas Semiconductor will exhibit our DCHV MP converter at their stand during PCIM, to be held in Nuremberg from June 11 to 13, 2024.
The DCHV MP converter is the result of a fruitful collaboration between BrightLoop and Navitas, combining our expertise in the design and manufacture of advanced DC-DC converters and AC-DC inverters for heavy-duty applications, with Navitas’ prowess in the development of cutting-edge wide band-gap semiconductors. This high-voltage converter embeds Navitas GeneSiC™ silicon carbide (SiC) technology into our innovative power conversion platform, which seamlessly connects all electrical sources of energy, actuators, and grids to achieve high efficiency.
Thanks to the integration of Navitas SiC devices, our solutions deliver high power in a compact package and usher in a new era of system electrification in a variety of sectors including motorsports, marine, mining, off-highway vehicles, energy storage, defense, and aeronautics.
“At BrightLoop, we embrace new challenges by using the latest advancements in power electronics,” says BrightLoop CEO, Florent Liffran. “This strategic partnership enables our converters to benefit from the exceptional properties of Navitas SiC MOSFETs, elevating our solutions to new levels of sustainable performance.”
“Navitas is proud to partner with Brightloop to accelerate the adoption of our high power, trench-assisted planar technology SiC MOSFETs in areas like industrial power conversion and roadside chargers, underlining the performance and robustness of these systems” says Gene Sheridan, CEO at Navitas.”
